You can telephone TurboTax at 85 or email them by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on Contact Us, under Help and Support. The company promises free audit guidance from a tax professional if the IRS audits the return you filed with TurboTax. If you filed for free and get better results somewhere else, TurboTax will pay you $30. If another tax service calculates a bigger refund or a lower tax bill for you, TurboTax will refund whatever fees you paid them. TurboTax guarantees that if they make a mistake on your returns, they will pay whatever fees and interest you are charged by the IRS. What Happens if TurboTax makes a mistake?
